Doing the work to build the foundations for our new non-profit, Rancho Cordova Arts, can put my mind on very concrete tasks- like policies, workplans and budgets. Knowing that it needs to be done - and knowing it’s my responsibility to draft these essentials - is what drives me to do it, but that kind of work isn’t what really feeds the soul, if you know what I mean….
